中以商事调解中心简介
为促进中以两国间的贸易、投资及各类经贸往来，帮助两国企业高效化解国际经贸中的各类商事纠纷，中国贸促会调解中心和以色列商事仲裁协会达成共识，于2022年11月共建中以商事调解中心，为中以企业商事纠纷提供高效、友好、公平的调解服务，共同宣传商事调解理念，维护双方企业主体利益，进一步促进两国经贸关系和谐发展。
中以商事中心设有两名联合主席，两名联合秘书长，日常工作由秘书处负责。中心设有两个秘书处，中方秘书处设在北京，以方秘书处设在特拉维夫。中心受理调解案件将严格遵照《中以商事调解中心调解规则》，所有案件均由两个办事处共同办理。
中国贸促会调解中心成立于1987年，是中国最早以调解的方式，独立、公正地帮助中外当事人解决商事、海事等纠纷的常设调解机构。目前，调解中心已在全国设有63家分（支）会调解机构、形成了覆盖全国的调解工作网络，并与世界上22个国家和地区的争议解决机构建立了合作机制。2018年，调解中心成为商务部指定的解决香港、澳门投资人与内地一方投资争端的调解机构。同年，被最高人民法院纳入首批“一站式”国际商事纠纷多元化解决机制的国际商事调解机构。
以色列商事仲裁协会是以色列领先的争端解决机构，也是以色列首个成立的争端解决机构。该协会于1989年由以色列商会成立，至今已有33年历史，自成立以来一直是以色列调解、仲裁和争端解决领域的领导者。协会拥有一大批杰出的调解员和仲裁员，包括最高法院、地区法院和裁判法院的退休法官，高水平的律师、会计、工程师等。

About the Israel-China Business Mediation Center
In order to promote trade, investment and all kinds of economic and trade exchanges between China and Israel, and to help enterprises of both countries efficiently and effectively resolve commercial disputes in international trade and commerce, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade / China Chamber of International Commerce Mediation Center("CCPIT/CCOIC Mediation Center") and the Israeli Institute of Commercial Arbitration ("the IICA")have reached a consensus to jointly establish the Israel-China Business Mediation Center（"the Center"）in November 2022 to provide efficient, friendly and fair mediation services for commercial disputants between Chinese and Israeli, jointly promote the concept of commercial mediation, and protect the interests of Chinese and Israeli enterprises.
The Center has two Co-Chairs and two Co-Secretaries-General, and its daily work is carried out by its two secretariats, with one in Beijing and the other in Tel Aviv. The Center deals with cases in accordance with the Israel-China Business Mediation Center Mediation Rules. All cases will be handled jointly by both secretariats.
Established in 1987, the CCPIT/CCOIC Mediation Center is the first standing mediation institution in China helping Chinese and foreign parties resolve commercial and maritime disputes in an independent and impartial manner through mediation. In 2018, it became a designated mediation institution by the Ministry of Commerce of China to resolve investment disputes between Hong Kong and Macao investors and China Mainland parties. In the same year, it was included by the Supreme People's Court of China in the first group of international commercial mediation institutions for the "one-stop" diversified international commercial dispute resolution mechanism.
The IICA is the first and leading dispute resolution institution in Israel. Founded in 1989 by the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce (FICC), the IICA has been a leader in mediation, arbitration and dispute resolution in Israel since its establishment. The IICA has a large panel of distinguished mediators and arbitrators, including retired judges from the Supreme Court, District Courts and Magistrate Courts, highly qualified lawyers, accountants, engineers, etc.
The Israel-China Business Mediation Center will maximize the advantages of two institutions, appoint a panel of professional mediators, and provide high-quality mediation services for enterprises in both countries.
